Image Styles
We utilize two styles of imaging for every house we photograph. Our goal is to capture pictures with incredibly vibrant colors and a lot of detail. The best part is both are included with every package.
HDR Imaging or High Dynamic Range Imaging is a process we use which captures all the colors of a scene at different exposures values and temperatures and then merges them. HDR images have the higher range of color than any form of photography. We use HDR for most exteriors including all twilight shoots and specific interiors.
Enhanced Time Exposures: is a process we have developed which uses a MSP layering method for timed exposures. Timed exposures historically are ideal for low light situations including interiors of most houses. The only draw back is that detail is often lost in the highlights of the images. The purpose of our Enhanced Timed Exposures is to bring back most if not all of the detail to your images.
Advantages
24 Hour Turnaround means images are usually processed and posted same day for morning shoots and within 24 hours for twilight shoots.
Web Galleries allow you to view the images and then download them directly to your computer.
Photostaging uses the same concepts to stage a home for viewing. We arrange objects in the home to highlight its features for two-dimensional images. (Don't worry, we always put everything back.)
Photographic Teams are preferred because having a second person allows us more options for photographing complicated images.
Ambient Lighting Specialist understand that correct usage of ambient light is the only way to capture images that have brilliance and depth. Quality/color of light and sun angles are all factors that must be considered.
